I started in architecture - the kind with load-bearing walls - and never stopped building that way. Today I design and deliver cloud-native, distributed platforms that power high-volume, business-critical products, and I bring clarity, technical depth, and strong architectural judgment to complex problems. The pattern across more than three decades of hands-on work is a simple one: the same person who designs the system should also build it and run it in production. The measurable result is a Tier-1 essential service I maintain - a 50 ms p99, 5+ years of zero production defects, running for roughly 5% of what a licensed replacement would cost per year. I lead a small delivery team as tech lead and was the first in my company to set up spec-driven development.
